Well you would think when you get in a accident that nothing could top that, well today has. At first I thought it was going to be good because today I got to pickup my rental car, and right after I woke up and turned my cell on I checked my voicemail and it was the rental car place, they said they rented all the cars that my insurance would pay for.
This made me scared ,but then they said that they would be upgrading me to the next available class, and it is luxury which on the voicemail they said it can be a cadillac , lexus , lincoln or mercedes!!! Now I am super excited so I call my lil bro up and say leave early and come get me, this is because I did not want to be late and they rented this class out and then only had a prius or something.
So now we are at the car rental place and at first they had a problem with the paperwork but then it got taken care of and I got the car, and it is a 2008 Mercedes e350!!!
Now I am driving around on my way home and I get a call from my insurance company and they tell me I have to turn around and take the car back , and I tell them it is the same price and they let me know it is not the price that is a issue, it is because this car is a different type of insurance for them to have as a rental for claims and that I have to exchange it. At this point I had to pull into 7-11 and park because I am in tears. And after 10 or so min I call up the rental place and plead my case, and the manager there told me keep the car and do not worry, that for $18 a day I can get my own insurance and then I am good, and he said they will bill me at the end… So I decided to keep the car and pay $18 a day, because I will never get to drive a car like this again soon, and normally this car is $299 a day to rent. So yeah you would too!!! Oh and this thingy tell me how many MPG I am getting, and I HAVEEEE to bring my cam in the car because at 80mph it says I am getting over 30MPG.. HAHAH!!!
